Charterpoint is a local company, based in Edwalton, specialising in healthcare and mixed-use developments. We are working with Anchor, England’s largest provider of specialist housing and care for people in later life, to bring forward a mixed-use development on the vacant land between the new Porsche dealership off Melton Road, Edwalton, and Rose Way. The proposal is to bring forward the local centre retail together with specialist retirement living apartments that benefit from an existing Outline Planning approval.

Our planning application has been submitted to Rushcliffe Borough Council. The Council will be formally consulting residents for your thoughts. Any comments should be submitted directly to the Council, which will consider them as part of the planning process.
